野生动物学报, 2018 2011年9月～2017年11月,采用野外调查和访问调查相结合的方法,对澳门两栖爬行动物进行了专项调查研究。迄今,澳门已记录两栖爬行动物(不含海产种类)共3目16科40种,约占中国两栖爬行类物种数的4.5%,其中两栖动物1目5科10种,爬行动物2目11科30种,2种为澳门两栖爬行类新纪录,分别是台北纤蛙和绿瘦蛇。本次野外调查发现两栖动物8种,爬行动物23种,其中包括国家重点保护野生动物蟒和虎纹蛙,文献有记载的2种两栖动物和7种爬行动物在野外调查中未发现。另外,野外调查还发现危险入侵物种红耳龟和温室蟾 ...

野生动物学报, 2017 2015年7～8月,分别采用样线法和标志重捕法对广西大桂山自然保护区主要分布点的鳄蜥(Shinisaurus crocodilurus)种群数量进行调查。结果显示,利用样线法共发现鳄蜥58只,种群密度5.0只/km; 标志重捕法共发现鳄蜥129只(其中有26只重复),估算的种群数量为(162±59)只,种群密度(13.9±5.08)只/km,表明标志重捕法的调查结果优于样线法。由于鳄蜥的尾纹可以作为无损伤的个体标记,适合于开展标志重捕法调查,在鳄蜥的种群资源调查中,为得到更为准确的结果 ...
