基于可调谐激光技术的C4F7N气体中微水含量检测装置的研制

C4F7N气体是一种代替SF6的新型电气设备环保绝缘气体。C4F7N气体作为绝缘气体在高压设备中使用时,与SF6设备具有类似的问题,气体的质量影响着设备的正常运行。尤其当C4F7N气体中水分含量超标时,极易引起设备放电降低设备绝缘性能等问题的出现。因此研发针对使用C4F7N气体的运维检测设备就显得尤为重要。文中主要研究可调谐激光红外吸收光谱法对C4F7N中微水含量的定量检测技术。研究了可调谐激光的光谱理论、谐波检测原理和水分的红外吸收特性,介绍了在C4F7N为背景气体的情况下对微水检测精度的影响 ...
