基于(+ 1, - 1)的谱技术在数字逻辑中有许多应用.为了进一步补充谱技术理论,从归一化的Haar矩阵出发,通过对矩阵的性质分析,提出了(0,1)编码的归一化的Haar变换谱系数图——R谱系数图;提出了 R谱系数图与K图的基于折叠加减的图形互换法,并举例说明了转换过程.应用表明,对5变量以下的函数该方法具有简单、直观和准确的特点.进一步完善了(0 , 1)编码的谱技术理论,有助于开拓谱技术在数字电路故障检测等方面的应用.

数据中台将一个机构(企业、事业或政府部门)的数据作为战略资产进行管理,是从数据收集到处理应用的一套管理机制,以期提高数据质量,实现广泛的数据共享,最终实现数据价值最大化。给出数据中台的定义,提出数据中台参考技术框架,并分别对物理管理、逻辑管理、数据资产管理、数据服务和信息安全管理的组成和技术进行了展开讨论。最后以华谱系统建设为例,介绍面向家谱大数据、结合HAO智能模型的数据中台实现——华谱数据中台。

结直肠癌(Colorectal Carcinoma,CRC)病因很多,不仅有基因水平因素,而且有蛋白水平和遗传等因素[1]。随着现代诊疗技术的进步,结直肠肿瘤的死亡率下降明显。但肿瘤复发和转移带来的问题仍然不容忽视[2-3]。研究针对该情况本研究设计并应用质谱色谱技术[4-5]寻找结直肠癌肿瘤蛋白新的标志物,留取组织标本采用二维液相色谱质谱联用技术鉴定出结直肠癌上调分泌性CypA蛋白,同时研究其在血清中表达情况。

运用现代先进分离技术从卫矛科药用植物常春卫矛中分离得到3个已知齐敦果烷型五环三萜,运用质谱、核磁共振、红外光谱和紫外光谱等现代波谱技术,参考相关文献资料确定了化合物的结构,分别为3β-甲氧基-齐敦果-11-酮-18-烯、3,11-二羰基-齐敦果-12-烯和28-羟基-齐敦果-12-烯-3,11-二酮.并且对它们的化学位移做了全归属.
