Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1990 本实验用放射气相色谱/质谱联用技术,测定了脑室注射眼镜蛇神经毒素(CT,2μg/只)后对小鼠脑内大脑皮层、丘脑及下丘脑等脑区的乙酰胆碱(ACh)、胆碱(Ch)、KACh及乙酰胆碱更新率(TRACh)的影响。结果显示,各脑区的ACh、Ch及KACh均无显著变化,但下丘脑的TRACH比对照组明显下降,提示下丘脑的胆碱能神经元活动受到CT的抑制。

Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2004 l目的l检测人类mtDNA HVI区的异质性 ， 建立有效的筛查低水平异质性DNA的技术。［方法l扩增人mtDNA的HVI区内269 bp的片段，以不同比例混合相差一个碱基的2 种 DNA片段的PCR扩增产物，配制异质性DNA模型，用变性高效液相色谱技术(DHPLC)检测，确定最佳检测条件。［结果】应用DHPLC检测 HVI区的片段(269 bp), 最低可检测出含批为5%的异质性样本。 在80例无关个体的mtDNA样本中，共检测到 15例具有异质性。（结论l所建立的PCR ...
