SF₆分解气体光声光谱检测的交叉干扰及其标定方法研究

SF6气体绝缘设备内发生局部放电时会分解生成一系列微量气体产物，实现对该分解产物的实时检测对及时发现设备的绝缘缺陷、维护电网安全运行具有重要意义。文中针对SF6分解气体的光声光谱在线检测技术，分析了其技术难点，并对SF6分解物的交叉干扰以及标定等关键技术进行研究讨论。提出了SF6分解物滤光片的科学选择方法，并通过大量实验确定了7种SF6分解物的特征气体组合及其对应的滤光片红外吸收峰参数；同时，采用多组分气体标定方法消除分解物气体组分在检测中的交叉干扰影响。通过文中的研究 ...
