Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue类风湿性关节炎（Rheumatoid arthritis RA）以慢性滑膜炎、组织退化和关节变形为特征[1]。不受控制的活动性类风湿关节炎会导致关节损伤、残疾、生活质量下降，以及心血管疾病的发生等[2]。目前临床实验室RA的检测指标主要有类风湿因子（RF）、抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体（CCP）、高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和血沉（ESR）等，这些指标并不能反映疾病的活动性和关节损伤程度[3]。
