基于微卫星技术的岩羊家域研究

家域是野生动物保护与管理的重要研究内容之一,对于理解动物的取食策略、生境选择及行为节律等具有重要的意义。贺兰山岩羊(Pseudois nayaur)因其生存环境较为险峻,宏观手段研究其家域较为不易。本研究利用微卫星技术结合野外采样GPS位点信息,在进行岩羊个体识别和性别鉴定的基础上,采用最小凸多边形法(MPC)对岩羊家域进行研究。结果显示:在识别出的183个个体中,重捕数大于4次的有6只个体,其中雌性个体4只,雄性个体2只。6只岩羊的家域分别为3.23、0.10、3.57、1.17、2.72、2.93 ...
