GIS盆式绝缘子的导电杆不对中是盆式绝缘子产生内部应力的原因之一,它会使盆式绝缘子在局部承受较大的应力甚至产生裂纹,从而引发漏气或局部放电等严重故障。文中分析了GIS盆式绝缘子在导电杆不对中工况下的应力分布规律,采用有限元仿真软件对盆式绝缘子在导电杆不对中工况下的应力分布进行了仿真计算,根据仿真计算结果,基于超声纵波法对盆式绝缘子在导电杆不对中时不同位置处的应力进行了测量并与仿真结果进行了对比。结果表明,盆式绝缘子在导电杆不对中工况下的应力最大处位于盆体凸面的中间位置,仿真计算与实验测量结果一致性较好 ...

为了分析某换流站的一起500 kV GIL管母支柱绝缘子故障,对故障GIL开展解体检查、结构原理分析、重力影响分析、导体膨胀仿真计算、绝缘子浇注工艺分析、绝缘子装配工艺分析等。通过研究分析,确定了GIL故障原因为三支柱绝缘子铝质金属表面与绝缘体之间存在微小间隙缺陷,在生产、运输、安装、运行等过程中小间隙逐渐扩展、劣化,最终导致击穿放电。最后从强化生产工艺控制、提升出厂检测标准、提高运输过程管控要求、加强现场超声波带电局放测试几方面提出改进建议,为后续GIL生产、运输、运维等方面提供借鉴。
