联合超声影像组学和临床特征构建列线图模型预测甲状腺乳头状癌病理侵袭性 [PDF]

超声检查诊断一例头皮慢性难愈性创面伴硬脑膜外脓肿患者 [PDF]
浙江大学学报. 医学版一例中年女性患者在接受开颅手术并植入人工硬脑膜5年多后出现头皮手术切口持续流脓不愈，经全身抗菌药物及局部创面清创治疗1个月后未见明显改善。超声检查显示人工硬脑膜植入区域与周围皮瓣组织完全分离，局部血运丧失。经手术取出人工硬脑膜材料并行游离皮瓣移植术实现创面覆盖，术后随访10个月患者伤口愈合良好。

经食管超声心动图评估成人房间隔缺损患者二尖瓣结构特点对二尖瓣成形术的意义
浙江大学学报. 医学版目的探讨利用经食管超声心动图评估成年房间隔缺损患者二尖瓣结构特点对二尖瓣成形术的意义。方法收集2022年3月至9月在空军军医大学附属西京医院行胸腔镜房间隔缺损修补术的成年人二尖瓣相关数据，共纳入32例为观察组。获得患者麻醉后手术前二尖瓣的二维及实时三维经食管超声成像资料，记录舒张晚期及收缩晚期共两个时相的二尖瓣结构参数，包括瓣环前后径及左右径、前叶及后叶长度、收缩期瓣叶2区对合点至瓣环平面间垂直距离（对合深度）以及对合缘长度。另收集32例心内结构正常且二尖瓣无反流者为对照组 ...
