【目的】明确尸食性蝇类卵的形态, 以便于在医学和法医学中的应用。【方法】用扫描电镜机观察杭州地区 4 种 尸食性蝇类卵的形态。【结果】丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇和厩腐蝇卵的超微结构形态各异, 卵的大小、表面形态、中区、 孵出线、卵孔和垂柱皆为重要的鉴别特征。【结论】通过卵壳超微结构可区分常见尸食性蝇类。

对斑节对虾触角腺的显微及超微形态结构进行了研究.其触角腺由体腔囊、迷路和原肾管3部分组成.体腔囊足细胞小,足突起短而细,胞质内小泡和颗粒不多;迷路细胞微绒毛短少而不整齐,含有大量小泡,基底及两侧质膜内陷较深,但基底部线粒体数量很少;原肾管细胞微绒毛较短少而杂乱,胞质内小泡和颗粒含量较少,基底及两侧质膜内陷很深.上述结果显示,斑节对虾触角腺各组成成分中,与其排泄和渗透压调节功能相关的结构较为发达.因此,该虾是甲壳动物中调节能力较强的“渗透压调节者”.

Lactacystin对体外C6胶质瘤细胞超微结构影响的研究

目的探讨蛋白酶体抑制剂Lactacystin对体外C6胶质瘤细胞超微结构的影响。方法Lactacystin处理体外培养的C6胶质瘤细胞,HE染色后光镜观察细胞的死亡情况,锇铀铅染色后透射电镜观察细胞超微结构变化。结果Lactacystin处理体外C6胶质瘤细胞24 h后,光镜下见胞浆浓缩深染,胞核染色质致密浓缩,透射电镜下见细胞表面微绒毛消失,核皱缩,染色质致密浓缩、边集。结论蛋白酶体抑制剂Lactacystin可以诱导体外C6胶质瘤细胞凋亡。

梗阻性黄疸肝脏超微结构改变机制

目的通过观察梗阻性黄疸肝脏超微结构改变进一步探讨其损伤机制。方法采用Wistar大鼠72只,分成胆总管结扎(Common bile duct ligation,CBDL)组、假手术组和正常对照组,每组24只,制成梗阻性黄疸动物模型,利用透射电子显微镜观察并分析梗阻性黄疸大鼠肝组织超微结构及其功能改变。结果肝细胞核形态异常、固缩,线粒体脊断裂、内质网减少且肿胀,毛细胆管扩张、内有胆泥淤积。结论内毒素、肝细胞缺血和Kupffer细胞功能受损可能与梗阻性黄疸肝脏损伤有关。
