基于ABAQUS的谐波减速器装配及运转过程中柔轮的力学响应分析 [PDF]
该文设计了一种谐波减速器,基于ABAQUS建立了谐波齿轮减速器的三维有限元模型,采用接触非线性分析,分别进行了装配和动态运转过程的仿真,以获得谐波齿轮减速器关键柔性件柔轮的应力应变响应。计算结果说明:由于轴承滚珠的作用,在柔轮长轴处的齿圈中与分布滚珠相对应的位置,因变形不均匀而产生较大的应力集中;装配后柔轮最大应力位于齿根处,在动态运转状态下最大应力位于齿宽中间位置的齿顶啮入接触处。该结果对谐波齿轮减速器的结构设计改进提供了一个重要的参考。本研究受国家自然科学基金(项目编号:No.51475396 ...
