高盐废水脱盐过程中钙镁结垢抑制技术研究进展

以钙镁垢为主的水垢沉积问题不仅会降低高盐废水脱盐过程中的脱盐效率，还会阻碍设备的有效运行并缩短其使用寿命。因此，抑制高盐废水脱盐过程中钙镁结垢的技术成为当前研究热点。系统综述了化学阻垢、物理阻垢和界面处理3类主流阻垢技术的机理及研究进展。从机理上看，化学阻垢技术主要通过去除水体中钙、镁离子或借助螯合、分散与晶格畸变等作用延缓钙镁垢的形成；物理阻垢技术主要利用物理手段（流化床、超声、电磁场和静电场）延长结晶诱导期，或将污垢转变成易被冲刷的松软污垢；界面处理技术则通过降低换热表面的表面能 ...

转炉烟气洗涤水含有大量的有害物质,排入长江对环境造成极大的危害。循环使用又因水中含有大量的结垢物质给设备管道造成严重的堵塞,影响炼钢厂正常生产。作者阐述了碳酸钠软化法在转炉烟气洗涤水中的应用原理、试验情况及运行效果。实践证明,此法不仅很好地解决了炼钢水系统结垢问题,还大大地降低了水处理成本。

介绍了目前国内火电厂循环水系统常用的软化处理法、加酸+水质稳定剂处理、弱酸阳离子交换+水质稳定剂联合处理等几种水处理方法，分析了各种方法的优缺点。阐述了高硬度、高碱度循环水系统存在的结垢问题、铜腐蚀问题和碳钢腐蚀问题。介绍了铜腐蚀的主要形态如黄铜脱锌腐蚀、电偶腐蚀等，分析了引起铜腐蚀的主要原因如高含盐量的影响、Cl-的影响以及由阻垢剂本身引起的光亮腐蚀，最后针对存在的结垢和腐蚀问题提出了相应的解决措施。
