本文以观音寺长江大桥公安侧浮吊吊装工程中SZ01#、SZ02#钢主梁节段为研究对象,基于MIDAS有限元软件建立吊具静力分析模型,结合《公路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTG D60-2015)等设计标准,对吊具结构强度、刚度及稳定性进行系统验算。研究结果表明主吊梁的最大组合应力及最大挠度满足规范要求。联系梁的应力与变形均较小,安全储备充足。吊板与肋板的应力分布均匀,最大应力分别为107.3 MPa和105.9 MPa,远低于材料容许值。40Cr销轴的承压、抗剪及组合强度均满足要求,验证了关键连接节点的可靠性 ...
