摘 要 用60Co 放射纯系NIH 雄性小白鼠, 放射前10 ~ 20 min 每鼠腹腔注射黄芩水提物(AESBG)0 .7 g/ kg 或1 .4 g/ kg , 能显著提高1 次全身放射8 .7 ~ 9 .1 Gy 小鼠的生存防护效力和30 d 存活率;每鼠1 .4 g/ kg 全 身放射4 .7 Gy 后第5 天显著提高白细胞数, 第11 天脾重、白细胞和血小板均有明显增加。结果表明AESBG 有 显著的放射损伤防护作用。
