没食子酸对小鼠肝脏的辐射防护作用

目的探究没食子酸(GA)对辐射损伤小鼠肝脏抗氧化酶含量的影响和降低脂质过氧化程度的作用。方法小鼠在接受X射线辐照前经由胃肠道途径给予GA(50、100和200mg/kg),连续14d,每天1次。第15天均进行一次性X射线全身均匀辐照(阴性对照组除外),辐照剂量分别为1.0、3.0和4.0Gy。辐照后24h处死小鼠,取小鼠肝脏检测肝组织中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性值和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 200mg/kg GA组小鼠肝脏中CAT、SOD ...
