An investigation on relevant factors of patients developed infusion reaction
[目的]通过对影响输液反应的相关因素进行调查分析,从而达到减少和预防输液反应的目的。[方法]对引起输液反应病人的药物因素、气候、人群结构、输液时病人身体状况等方面进行分析。[结果]引起输液反应的药物以抗生素、中药制剂、血及血液制品等较常见;与季节有较明显的关系,主要集中在4月~9月;输液反应的多发人群主要为老年人。[结论]综合分析影响病人输液反应的相关因素,采取防范措施,可以预防和减少输液反应的发生。
