我们通过在纤维肉瘤细胞HT1080过表达Slit3基因,分析Slit3对肿瘤细胞侵袭转移作用.Transwell侵袭实验中,Slit3过表达后抑制HT1080的迁移侵袭,在裸鼠皮下成瘤实验中,肿瘤体积明显变小、重量明显降低,Slit3过表达后抑制HT1080肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移。此外肿瘤切片HE染色后发现GFP组有病灶点,而slit3过表达则少见,这个结果说明,Slit3显著抑制HT1080细胞转移。slit3过表达后MMP2,MMP9的表达明显降低,而MMP3,MMP13表达量上调 ...

浓度与pH互作下表没食子儿茶素没食子酸脂(EGCG)对黄壤Al、Fe、Mn迁移的影响
对淋溶环境下黄壤的Al、Fe、Mn浓度进行分析,探讨浓度与pH互作下表没食子儿茶素没食子酸脂(EGCG)对黄壤Al、Fe、Mn迁移的影响。采用二因素四水平完全随机试验,用48个不同浓度和pH组合的EGCG溶液对黄壤进行间歇淋溶,测定淋出液中Al、Fe、Mn浓度,分析黄壤Al、Fe、Mn迁移总量和迁移过程。结果表明,黄壤Al、Fe、Mn迁移总量在浓度与pH互作下均有显著差异;高浓度(5.00 mmol/L)、高pH(5.5)EGCG溶液有利于Al和Fe的迁移,迁移总量分别为180.24 mg/L和41 ...

针对高压直流盘形悬式瓷或玻璃绝缘子离子迁移问题,以直流绝缘子离子迁移试验标准为基础,对国内外直流绝缘子离子迁移的机理研究和开发的试验系统进行了分析和调研,设计了完整的直流绝缘子离子迁移试验系统和方案,并开发了一套基于MSP430单片机的直流绝缘子体电流采集处理系统,实现了50路体电流信号和1路电压信号的的循环测量和数据采集,体电流测量结果自动量程转换。整套系统满足直流绝缘子离子迁移试验标准要求,具有一定的工程实用性。
