从南海海域水样和沉积物中分离并筛选到两株几丁质降解菌,分别为SCSS04和SCSWE13.16S rDNA序列分析结果表明,菌株SCSS04属于芽孢杆菌属,菌株SCSWE13属于弧菌属.两株菌几丁质酶的产生均需要几丁质的诱导,并在富营养培养基中产酶量较高.菌株SCSS04在培养第9天产酶量达到最高,所产生的几丁质酶最适反应温度为40~50℃.菌株SCSWE13属于低温酶,在培养第7天产酶量达到最高,所产生的几丁质酶最适反应温度为20~28℃

目前配电网所研究的故障选线方式绝大部分是三相对称的配电网情况下,但在实际运行的配电网中,三相不可能始终保持对称的状态。本文通过建立相应数学模型,分析了不平衡电流所产生的原因,理论推导出系统故障前后各馈线包含不平衡电流的零序电流关系式,从而得出利用故障前后零序电流作差的方式来消除不平衡电流对选线的影响。并利用Matalab/simulink仿真平台搭建相应的不对称模型,验证了该方法的有效性。
