针对钻井过程中循环钻井液流量控制不准确,造成螺杆钻具旁通阀总成无法开启闭合,阀心密封件失效刺漏等问题,通过φ244 mm等壁厚螺杆钻具旁通阀理论计算和循环试验,验证旁通阀工作可靠性。测得φ244 mm等壁厚螺杆钻具旁通阀关闭流量和开启流量;测得不同流量下旁通阀压降,确定阀心实际流量系数。分析结果表明,φ244 mm等壁厚螺杆钻具旁通阀在不同流量下产生的压差与循环试验获得压差十分接近,并且旁通阀在一定流量下均能实现阀心顺利打开和关闭。当流量由大变小时,阀心打开流量为20.20~14.60 L/s ...
