针对含分布式电源(DG)的配电网动态重构问题,提出考虑配电网负荷需求与 DG 出力动态变化的配电网动态重构方案。首先,基于不同时段的负荷特性与最优网络结构的综合相似性,提出了一种改进层次聚类的时段划分方法。在此基础上,提出了遗传学习自适应粒子群优化算法,实现以网络损耗最小为优化目标的动态重构优化计算。针对基本粒子群算法中缺乏速度动态调节、易陷入局部最优等问题,提出基于粒子个体最优位置的遗传学习方案增加搜索多样性,提高算法的全局搜索能力,并引入自适应惯性权值和加速系数以满足不同时期的寻优要求。最后 ...

大鳞副泥鳅7个群体遗传变异的微卫星分析 [PDF]

利用泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)的微卫星引物跨种扩增大鳞副泥鳅(Paramisgurnus dabryanus),通过家系扩增、PCR产物测序筛选出6个座位,用于大鳞副泥鳅7个野生群体的遗传结构分析。结果显示,群体的平均等位基因数在3.167~4.833,平均观测杂合度(Ho)在0.248~0.417,平均期望杂合度(He)在0.379~0.505,多个座位存在零等位基因、杂合子缺失现象,显示大鳞副泥鳅种群遗传多样性较低。采用UPGMA法对7个群体基于DA遗传距离进行聚类,
