, 2018 目的了解医院血培养病原菌的菌种分布及常见病原菌的耐药情况,为临床用药提供参考依据。方法对2017年1～12月临床送检的血培养标本进行回顾性统计分析。结果 4 447份血培养标本共分离出病原菌225株,阳性检出率为5. 1%。主要病原菌:大肠埃希菌82株占36. 4%、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌31株占13. 8%、肺炎克雷伯菌17株占7. 6%、铜绿假单胞菌10株占4.

降钙素原与C反应蛋白对神经外科重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的诊断价值
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）常发生于重症监护病房[1]。文献报道VAP在重症患者中均有较高的发病率和死亡率[2-3]。早期诊断VAP对提高神经外科重症患者的预后具有重要意义。本研究测定了吉林大学中日联谊医院80例神经外科重症监护室（ICU）的VAP患者血清C反应蛋白（CRP）和降钙素原（PCT）的水平,观察这两项指标对VAP的早期诊断价值。
