目的了解我院重症监护病房(ICU)鲍曼不动杆菌的对临床常用抗生素的敏感性情况,为临床治疗提供实验室依据。方法收集我院2012年1月至12月间ICU病房送检标本中分离的鲍曼不动杆菌54株。应用美国BD公司生产的PHOENIX-100微生物鉴定系统进行菌种鉴定及药物敏感性试验。用WHONET5.6软件进行数据统计分析。结果重症监护病房送检标本中分离出的鲍曼不动杆菌对临床常用的13种抗生素的敏感性均较低。结论鲍曼不动杆菌是重症监护病房常见的致病菌,且多数对临床常用抗生素敏感性较差。加强临床抗生素的管理 ...
