新型合成聚合物重金属离子吸附剂及其吸附性能

阐述了新型聚合物重金属离子吸附剂的合成与改性及其对水溶液中Cd(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)等重金属离子的吸附性能。这些聚合物重金属离子吸附剂对低浓度的重金属离子表现出了较好的吸附能力,其中聚合物吸附剂PGHyFeO-COOH对mg/L级的Pb(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)的最大吸附量分别为211.4mg/g、155.0mg/g、147.2mg/g。这些吸附剂的吸附速度也较快,平衡吸附时间一般在60min左右,有的甚至只有几分钟。新型聚合物重金属离子吸附剂在水处理工业中具有广阔的应用前景。

重金属螯合絮凝剂ISXA的特性及应用研究

将具有螯合功能的黄原酸基和酰胺基接枝到交联淀粉分子结构中,制备了高分子重金属螯合絮凝剂ISXA。螯合絮凝实验结果表明,单独投加ISXA能够有效螯合水中游离态与络合态重金属离子。在处理含浊重金属水样时,浊度得到了明显的去除,同时提升了重金属的去除率。ISXA对重金属离子的螯合表现出明显的选择性,优先顺序为:Cu2+ > Pb2+ > Cd2+ > Cu-EDTA。同时对ISXA的实用性和经济性进行了评价。

某炼钢厂副产稀硫酸废水中重金属的去除研究

为达到环保要求,某炼钢厂建设了除尘脱硫装置,而脱硫过程中有稀硫酸副产物产生。该稀硫酸废水具有一定酸度,同时含有铬、镍、镉等多种重金属离子,以及一定量(60~4 700 mg/L)的铁,超出环保标准要求。采用传统的碱中和法对该废水进行处理时,难以一次性去除水中的重金属离子,无法达标排放。提出采用碱中和+螯合+絮凝沉淀法处理稀硫酸废水,并考察了重金属离子的去除效果。实验结果表明,调节废水pH为8~10,投加120 mg/L螯合剂DTC-1或 TMT-1,添加适量絮凝剂PAC+PAM搅拌反应20 min ...
