基于表面轮廓曲线优化的直流GIS/GIL盆式绝缘子设计方法

绝缘子沿面绝缘是直流GIS/GIL绝缘系统的薄弱环节,由于常规交流绝缘子设计准则不再适用于直流工况,研制新型直流GIS/GIL盆式绝缘子对提升直流管道装备可靠性具有重要意义。该研究将直流GIS/GIL中金属微粒的危险运动行为影响纳入管道电极表面场强控制范畴,明确绝缘子初始状态与直流叠加雷电冲击复合电压下沿面场强控制标准,并建立表面电荷积聚与复合电压耦合作用下绝缘子沿面场强考核模型。进一步提出基于表面轮廓曲线优化的直流盆式绝缘子设计方法,依托Bernstein方程开展绝缘子表面轮廓曲线重构 ...
