为了扩展现有井下工具的适用性与可靠性,为高温、高压、强腐蚀环境下油气资源的开发提供技术储备,针对用于井下工具密封的金属对金属密封技术展开了研究。设计了金属对金属密封组件的结构,并对密封组件的密封原理进行分析。通过有限元方法计算了密封组件在有外层套管约束下的变形和受力情况,确定了密封套筒的变形形状、所需要的下压载荷和下压行程之间的关系。进行了金属对金属密封组件在套管内坐封和试压试验。试验结果表明,下压载荷与下压行程的关系与仿真结果非常接近,坐封后的金属对金属密封组件的环空密封能力达到60 MPa ...

钢管混凝土具有诸多优点,使其得到广泛的应用和研究。但也有缺点,如钢材的耐腐蚀性差,导致其后期维护费用较大。由于高强钢可以有效地减小构件的尺寸和结构的重量,不锈钢具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,铝合金具有外表美观、防腐蚀等优点,因此在上述3种金属管中填充混凝土形成新型金属管混凝土结构,具有广泛的应用前景。主要研究了3种金属管混凝土短柱的强度计算公式,并通过有限元模拟验证了公式的正确性。

动车组高压套管作为连接车载变压器和车顶高压电缆的主要绝缘设备,其可靠性直接影响动车组的运行可靠性。基于ANSYS有限元软件分析了高压套管的电场分布特性,通过分析高压套管的电位和电场分布情况,掌握工作状态下高压套管的工作特性。结果表明,高压套管内置的金属屏蔽网可以改善接地法兰附近的电场分布,但内置的金属屏蔽网边缘附件的电场强度分布较大,一旦出现网压过高时,金属屏蔽网上下边缘处可能是最先发生局部放电,甚至绝缘击穿,因此可以通过合理选择高压套管的耐压等级或合理优化套管结构降低高压套管的故障率 ...
