2018—2022年苏州地区血流感染患儿病原菌分布和耐药性分析 附视频

目的 探讨苏州地区住院患儿血流感染病原菌的分布和耐药特征，为该类患者的血流感染诊治提供依据。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年12月南京医科大学附属苏州医院血培养阳性患儿的临床资料、病原菌分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药情况。结果 896例血培养阳性患儿中，新生儿719例(占80.2%),非新生儿177例(占19.8%)。在分离出的926株病原菌中，以革兰阳性菌为主(65.9%),革兰阴性菌占33.4%,真菌仅占0.8%。最常见的病原菌为表皮葡萄球菌(32.6%),其次是头状葡萄球菌 ...

2023年吉林大学中日联谊医院细菌耐药性监测

目的 了解2023年吉林大学中日联谊医院临床分离菌的分布及耐药性。方法 收集2023年1月至12月吉林大学中日联谊医院临床分离菌并采用统一方案进行抗菌药物敏感性试验，用WHONET5.6软件进行数据分析。结果 2023年共收集临床分离菌8157株，其中革兰阳性菌占32.1%,革兰阴性菌占67.9%。检出率排名前五位的是大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的检出率是16.5%,碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)的检出率是4.8 ...
