Identification of Shark Fin Using 12S rRNA Gene Marker(利用12S rRNA基因标记鉴定鱼翅真伪) [PDF]
Shipin kexue jishu xuebao, 2017 To detect authenticity and species of 23 suspected shark fin samples. DNAs from either shark fin or shark fin derived soup were extracted, and then 12S rRNA gene of mitochondrial DNA that was special for animal species identification was amplified.

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2022 目的 利用16SrRNA基因序列分析方法鉴定临床非典型细菌，为临床细菌分类鉴定新方法提供补充。方法提取细菌的DNA，自行设计引物并利用PCR技术扩增细菌16SrRNA基因片段，并对扩增片段进行序列测定，利用Blast等在线软件进行序列同源性分析。结果 在32株临床非典型细菌中，3株细菌可以鉴定到“属”，29株细菌可以鉴定到“种”，其中2株可以鉴定到“亚种”。结论 16SrRNA基因序列分析法是有效的病原细菌分类鉴定的补充。

Dianci bileiqi, 2021 近年来历次震害资料表明变电站设备的地震易损性极高,且破坏集中发生于设备套管根部。为了提升国产电气设备套管的抗震性能和促进我国相关规范的完善,笔者对中国、美国和欧洲现行标准之间关于套管抗震性能振动台试验鉴定的条文规定进行了对比分析,指出了我国规范的不足。通过借鉴国外相对成熟完备的设备套管抗震鉴定试验框架制定的经验,提出了改进我国套管抗震性能鉴定试验规定的修订建议和工作方向。
