Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban目的应用多种分子标记，评估其在鉴定广州市花都区花山镇野鼠粪便中的广州管圆线虫的有效性，并分析野鼠的感染状况。方法捕获广州花都区花山镇128只野鼠，采集野鼠粪便，采用FastDNA SPIN Kit for Soil试剂盒提取粪便总DNA，通过PCR扩增获得cytb、cox I和ITS2片段，PCR产物经测序鉴定，并对测序产物进行系统发育分析。结果通过PCR扩增和测序鉴定，仅有5份样本扩增出的cytb序列没有套峰，可以准确鉴定为广州管圆线虫。结果表明该地区褐家鼠的广州管圆线虫感染率为7.58%（5/66），
