等电聚焦电泳/免疫固定和考马氏蓝染色技术检测缺糖转铁蛋白 附视频
目的 建立等电聚焦电泳/免疫固定(IEF/IF)和考马氏蓝染色技术检测缺糖转铁蛋白(CDT)方法。方法选择32例酒精性肝病患者,血清铁饱和后,进行水平板式超薄层等电聚焦电泳,免疫固定和考马氏蓝染色后,蛋白条带进行等电点分析。结果 酒精性肝病组CDT阳性率为87.5%。CDT诊断酒精性肝病的灵敏度为87.5%,特异度为69.39%。结论IEF/IF结合考马氏蓝染色技术是一种操作方便、经济、灵敏度高、分辨率高、适用于进一步大样本检测血清CDT的方法。

目的通过对新生儿脐静脉血中视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP),前白蛋白(PA),转铁蛋白(TRF)浓度的检测,以分析RBP,PA,TRF在新生儿的营养状况评价中的意义。方法用美国Dade Behring BNP特定蛋白分析仪采用速率散射比浊法测定新生儿脐静脉血中RBP、PA、TRF的含量。根据胎龄简易评分法,按出生体重百分位数图确定胎龄将新生儿分为小于胎龄儿(SGA)和适于胎龄儿(AGA),并进行分组比较。结果SGA组脐静脉血RBP、PA含量明显低于AGA组,差异非常显著(P0.05)。结论新生儿脐静脉血中RBP、
