针对山东某低品位铅锌矿,通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电镜分析(SEM)确定铅矿物主要以白铅矿的形式存在,锌矿物主要以钙锌白云石、菱锌矿和硅锌矿的形式存在。通过试验研究了磨矿细度对铅锌回收率的影响,确定最佳磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占84%,然后添加Na2S对铅锌矿物进行硫化处理,在不添加锌抑制剂的情况下直接用丁基黄药和乙硫氮对铅矿物进行捕收,铅品位从原矿中的0.88%提高至57.11%,铅回收率达到61.17%。选铅尾矿用Cu SO4对锌进行活化,然后用丁基黄药对锌矿物进行捕收 ...
