目的 了解2023年吉林大学中日联谊医院临床分离菌的分布及耐药性。方法 收集2023年1月至12月吉林大学中日联谊医院临床分离菌并采用统一方案进行抗菌药物敏感性试验,用WHONET5.6软件进行数据分析。结果 2023年共收集临床分离菌8157株,其中革兰阳性菌占32.1%,革兰阴性菌占67.9%。检出率排名前五位的是大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的检出率是16.5%,碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)的检出率是4.8 ...
