硅作用下铜对小麦幼苗生理特性影响研究

通过水培试验,研究了在不同加硅量(0,30,60,90,120,150 mg/L,以SiO2计)作用下,铜(10 mg/L,以Cu计)对小麦幼苗叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶系统活性(SOD、POD、CAT)、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量以及MDA含量的影响,结果表明:在加硅量(30,60,90 mg/L,以SiO2计)作用下,小麦幼苗叶绿素a含量、抗氧化酶系统(SOD、POD)活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量的升高以及MDA含量的降低,减轻了铜对小麦幼苗的毒害作用;在加硅量150 mg/L作用下 ...

棕壤对铜的吸附特性研究

棕壤对铜的吸附特性以及土壤条件对吸附的影响进行了研究,结果表明,棕壤对铜的吸附随溶液中铜的平衡浓度增加而增加,但在高浓度时增幅渐缓,与处于相同地区的褐土相比棕壤的吸附相对较弱,其吸附可用Langmiur、Frundlich、Temkin及米氏方程进行描述。土壤酸度增强,棕壤对铜的吸附降低,用H^+浓度对Frundlich方程进行修饰,能更好地描述铜的吸附状况。此外,离子强度、陪伴离子对吸附都有影响,随离子强度增加及高价陪伴离子比例的上升吸附减弱。

大孔阳离子交换树脂治理实验室废水中铜和铅的研究

研究了大孔型阳离子交换树脂治理含铜和铅的实验室废水.在试验过程中对三种阳离子交换树脂进行筛选,讨论了流速、废水的起始pH值、温度、树脂再生次数对各重金属离子去除效果的影响.在确定的最佳试验条件下,处理实际实验室废水中的铜和铅时,去除率均达到99%以上.
