提供了一种用蒽醌显色法判定金属氧化物电阻片用氧化锌原料中金属锌的定性分析方法。采用有机试剂蒽醌在一定浓度的碱性溶液中,在水浴加热下与金属锌反应生成一种红色的络合物,根据反应后生成络合物的红点数量,来判断氧化锌中是否含有金属锌。与传统的盐酸溶解法相比,该方法操作简单,反应现象明显直观,易于观察,判断准确。该方法具有在氧化锌原料生产厂家、金属氧化物电阻片生产厂家和压敏电阻生产厂家推广使用的价值。
