重度创伤后锌和脑干NMDA受体与MODS死亡机制关系

目的探讨重度创伤引发的微量元素锌急性缺乏与多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)及其死亡机制的关系。方法建立重度创伤兔模型,检测脑干NMDA受体、血生化、血清和脑锌。结果伤后12h,脑和脑干中锌增高,但血锌浓度下降明显。在脑干背侧区,NR1在伤后6h内增高随后下降,NR2A在伤后12h降至最低点。脑干NR2B水平在死亡组最低。血锌离子与脑干腹侧区,背侧区以及网状结构的NR2A、NR2B呈正相关 ...

血清锌在前列腺癌筛查中的意义

目的探讨血清锌含量在前列腺癌筛查中的意义。方法应用血清前列腺特异性抗原(t-PSA)检测方法对3940名50岁以上男性进行前列腺癌的集团普查。通过ROC曲线对比分析血清锌和游离PSA/t-PSA比值(f-PSA/t-PS比值)在提高前列腺癌联查结果中的作用。结果在血清t-PSA>4.0 ng/ml且接受前列腺穿刺活检的116例受检者中,诊断前列腺癌者29例。血清锌含量80100μg/ml的人群经年龄调整的OR值为5.54(95%可信区间为1.3323.12),血清锌在4060μg/ml的人群 ...

Synthesis and characterization of zinc glycinate monohydrate(一水合甘氨酸锌螯合物的合成及其表征)

简化了甘氨酸锌螯合物的合成,以甘氨酸和碱式碳酸锌为原料,按摩尔比为2 : 1的比例在水相中合成,90~95 ℃间反应6 h,得到了产率为94.6%的水合甘氨酸锌螯合物.产品经纯化处理后用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重分析、粉末衍射等一系列方法进行表征.结果表明该螯合物是带一个结晶水的分子化合物,摩尔电导率为20.1 Scm2 • mol-1,稳定常数为2.29×105.另外用凝胶色谱法测定了该螯合物的螯合率,得螯合率为100%±1%.
