Journal of Diabetes, Volume 14, Issue 10, Page 658-669, October 2022., 2022 Highlights Metformin has been shown to alleviate diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The neuroprotective and analgesic effects of metformin are related to the activation of AMPK, the clearance of MGO, and the reduction of insulin resistance and neuroinflamation. AMPK activation is critical for the analgesic effect of metformin.

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 目的分析研究拉玛泽减痛法联合硬膜外镇痛在分娩镇痛中的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月在文昌市人民医院产科的足月产妇305例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组101例、对照组101例(拉玛泽减痛)及试验组103例(硬膜外镇痛+拉玛泽减痛)。其中观察组接受硬膜外镇痛,对照组接受拉玛泽减痛法,试验组接受拉玛泽减痛联合硬膜外镇痛。记录并比较3组孕妇的镇痛效果、分娩方式、催产素使用量、产中出血量、改良Bromage评分、产程、给药后不良反应以及新生儿Apgar评分。结果自然分娩率试验组为94.17%,
