隔离涂层防绝缘子铁帽腐蚀的可行性研究

超/特高压直流输电线路瓷和玻璃绝缘子铁帽电腐蚀问题突出,有效的防腐蚀措施对电力系统的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。为了确定绝缘子铁帽表面喷涂隔离涂层的关键参数,本研究建立了绝缘子三维有限元模型,计算了绝缘子铁帽表面隔离涂层不同喷涂情况下的泄漏电流密度和电位分布,并试验验证了隔离涂层防铁帽腐蚀的可行性。研究结果表明:隔离涂层能够有效减小绝缘子铁帽的泄漏电流密度,绝缘子铁帽泄漏电流密度最大值随着隔离涂层高度的增加而增大,隔离涂层高度变化对绝缘子表面电位分布的影响较小;隔离能够对绝缘子铁帽起到有效的防腐蚀作用 ...

土壤电阻率频变特性对雷击输电杆塔时埋地管道感应电压的影响

当雷击中输电杆塔时,在雷电流的阻性耦合和感性耦合作用下,埋地管道上的感应电压会对防腐涂层造成威胁。笔者建立了管道与输电线路平行的模型,研究了土壤电阻率频变特性对管道感应电压的影响。计算表明,土壤电阻率频变特性会使管道金属电位和防腐层电位均有所下降,由于两者下降的程度相近,导致管道防腐层两端承受的电压无明显变化,而绝缘接头的电压则有明显的降低。
