在复杂结构井解卡过程中,为了优化旋转上提和旋转下放的解卡参数,确保载荷能够最大限度地传递至卡点,分析了遇卡钻柱与正常钻柱在摩阻扭矩计算方面的差异,探讨了旋转、减阻器和卡点深度对遇卡钻柱轴向力传递效率的影响。实例计算和分析结果表明,遇卡钻柱的摩阻系数与变形量存在耦合关系,且随载荷分布、卡点深度等参数的变化而变化;钻柱旋转可以提高载荷传递效率,下放解卡时旋转降阻作用更加明显;旋转上提解卡时卡点拉力随井口拉力的增加而增加,旋转下放解卡时最大卡点压力可能不是悬重放空时,通过优化解卡参数可以最大程度地增加解卡载荷;

基于新型可更换阻尼器的自复位模块钢框架抗震性能研究

提出了一种新型自复位抗侧力模块,该模块主要由预应力钢边框和角部可更换阻尼器组成,将其配置于分层装配式钢框架中,可以实现结构系统的低残余变形与震后功能恢复。在自复位模块中,预应力钢边框主要提供初始刚度与恢复力,可更换阻尼器通过舌板受弯屈服耗能。该自复位模块的刚度、承载力和耗能系数可以独立调节,角部阻尼器具有分散耗能稳定、对连接抗力需求低、不影响窗口门洞布置、震后极易更换的特点。建立了该自复位抗侧力模块的刚度与承载力理论计算公式与数值模拟方法,并提出了配置自复位模块的分层装配式钢框架结构体系的性能化设计目标。

掺杂Y2O3对ZnO-Bi2O3系压敏电阻片性能的影响

掺杂Y2O3可显著提高ZnO-Bi2O3系压敏电阻的电位梯度、能量吸收能力等电气性能,但会引起泄漏电流的增加。研究了不同烧成温度下,掺杂0~1.7%(摩尔分数)Y2O3对ZnO-Bi2O3压敏电阻片电气性能的影响。结果表明,在1140℃下,掺杂0.68%(摩尔分数)Y2O3,可获得具有300V/mm的电位梯度和370J/cm3能量吸收能力的高性能电阻片。此外,以FSM为主成分的“F”无机高阻层适宜于高梯度压敏电阻片的侧面绝缘,加速老化系数KCT小于1。
