IL-6,IL-10与PCT,CRP在呼吸科血流感染早期诊断中的对比研究

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2013 随着空气污染的日益加重,慢性阻塞性肺病发病率有增高的趋势。慢性阻塞性肺病是呼吸道气流受限为主要特征,反复发作的难治性肺部疾病。该类疾病患者可以因各种诱因而进入急性加重期,其中感染是主要诱因。降钙素原（procalcitonin,PCT）作为细菌性感染的特异性指标,在细菌感染,特别是早期感染的预警方面有重要作用。由于慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者多数存在感染现象[1],本文通过积累的相关数据,探讨降钙素原水平与慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者预后的相关性。
