Gaoya dianqi开关柜绝缘件在湿热环境中长时间运行易出现受潮使绝缘性能下降，进而导致柜内出现局部放电和闪络故障，严重影响设备的稳定运行。文中针对一起典型的40.5 kV开关柜母线套管受潮后局部放电故障，对受损程度不同的母线套管开展绝缘性能试验研究，比较了绝缘件烘烤试验前后的电气性能和材料性能。试验结果表明：局部放电量、绝缘电阻、玻璃化转变温度均能反映套管的受潮程度，该套管烘干后的绝缘电阻由MΩ量级增至100 GΩ量级，局部放电量显著降低，材料的玻璃化转变温度降低，且不同试样因受潮的程度增加而增大 ...
