用接种成熟的高盐好氧颗粒污泥的序批式反应器(SBR)处理高盐榨菜废水,考察了有机负荷及DO对好氧颗粒污泥去除主要污染物特性的影响.结果表明:有机负荷过高或过低均会影响颗粒粒径及结构,从而影响反应器对污染物的去除.提高DO有助于去除COD,但其过高或过低都会导致亚硝酸盐的积累和颗粒污泥微环境的分布,从而影响到对其他污染物的去除效果,以DO为7.0 mg/L时反应器的除污效能最佳.

采用厌氧/好氧/缺氧模式运行的SBR工艺处理模拟城市污水,考察外加碳源乙酸钠和污泥水解酸化上清液对其脱氮除磷效果的影响。模拟城市污水,进水水质COD为400 mg/L、氨氮为60 mg/L、磷酸盐为7 mg/L。结果表明:不投加碳源时,系统对COD、氨氮、磷酸盐的去除率分别为90%、91%、82%;乙酸钠投加量为60 mg/L的条件下,外加乙酸钠系统对COD、氨氮、磷酸盐的去除率分别为93%、100%、100%,磷的去除主要是通过好氧聚磷作用;上清液投加量折合进水COD为30 mg/L时 ...

为了保证锅炉安全经济运行,锅炉应加强给水处理,以防垢为主,这是积极的态度。但是,在不得已的情况下,必须对水垢及时地加以清除。清除水垢的方法有机械法、碱洗法、栲胶除垢法和酸洗法。目前很多地方的锅炉结垢严重,都在采取不同的方法除垢。下面就我厂十几年的锅炉酸洗经验介绍于后,可供参考。锅炉酸洗除垢法常用盐酸作清洗剂,再在其中加入缓蚀剂。此法对清除碳酸盐水垢有显著效果,且极少腐蚀锅炉。如果清除硅酸盐水垢时,需添加适量的氢氟酸。
