一株耐酸锰氧化菌的分离鉴定及去除Mn(Ⅱ)行为研究

生物氧化除锰法处理锰矿废水具有较好的应用前景,然而常见的锰氧化菌在酸性条件下活性差,以湘潭污水处理厂活性污泥为来源,通过平板划线法筛选耐酸性锰氧化菌,通过16SrDNA序列对比分析进行菌种鉴定,考察污染物初始浓度、溶液pH、接种量等对其去除Mn(Ⅱ)能力的影响,结合产物理化表征与动力学过程,全面研究该菌株的除锰行为。结果表明:该锰氧化菌菌株属于Klebsiella sp.,在Mn(Ⅱ)质量浓度为1 000 mg/L时依然长势良好;当pH为中性,氧化除锰率能达到98.93%,更重要的是pH为4时 ...

除锰细菌的分离鉴定及其固定化除锰研究

电絮凝法同步去除地下水中砷、锰、氟的效能及机理

采用间歇式电絮凝装置,以铁铝为复合电极,考察氯化物浓度、电流密度、极板间距以及pH对电絮凝去除地下水中砷、锰、氟三类污染物效果的影响。结果表明,氯化物浓度变化对锰和砷的去除几乎没影响,但浓度过高会阻碍电絮凝除氟过程的进行;反应初期随pH和电流密度增加,目标污染物去除率增大,随极板间距增大,目标污染物去除率减小,反应后期恰恰相反;在最佳运行条件下,即电流密度3 mA/cm2,电解时间25 min,极板间距2.0 cm,初始pH 6.0条件下,砷、锰、氟的去除率分别为99.75%、100.00%、69.84%

生物除铁除锰在钢铁废水回用处理中的应用

研究了锰砂过滤工艺在钢铁废水回用处理中除铁除锰的应用。在滤速5.0m/h、工作周期4d、反冲洗强度21 L/(m2.h)和反冲洗时间6 min的操作条件下, 经过自然生物培养成熟的锰砂滤层对钢铁回用废水中的总铁、锰的去除率达80%以上, 出水总铁和锰都达到再生水用作循环冷却用水的水质要求。同时成熟的锰砂滤料还具有一定的COD和氨氮去除能力。

锰负载固相碳源在处理生活污水中脱氮性能研究

生物强化脱氮技术是城镇污水处理厂重点关注的技术之一,现有大量研究表明改性填料可以增强污水生物脱氮效果。制备了一种锰负载丝瓜络填料,构建以锰负载丝瓜络为生物载体的生物滤池系统,应用同步硝化反硝化(SND)技术处理模拟低碳氮比生活污水,考察反应器的启动及一系列C/N条件下系统脱氮性能的变化情况。结果表明,系统运行20 d后,实验组和对照组总氮去除率分别可达39.92%和60.07%左右,实现了SND的启动;且在反应器启动阶段,实验组COD、NH4+-N、TN平均去除率均高于对照组,分别提高了4.61%、20.

预氧化剂强化去除太湖区地表水中铁锰的对比试验研究

针对太湖区地表水源水铁、锰含量高的问题, 选择高锰酸盐、二氧化氯和过氧化氢三种预氧化剂对其进行除铁、锰的预处理。试验结果表明:高锰酸盐投加质量浓度为0.45 mg/L时, 铁、锰的去除率分别为75%、85%, 制水成本增加0.007元/t, 采用二氧化氯预处理, 其投加质量浓度为1.5 mg/L时, 铁、锰的去除率分别为75%、79%, 制水成本增加0.093元/t, 而过氧化氢投加质量浓度4 mg/L时, 铁、锰的去除率分别为66.7%、41.7%, 在最佳投量下, 过氧化氢增加制水成本为0.12元 ...
