对33例男性及女性绝经期系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者进行外周血白细胞雌激素受体(ER)含量、血清睾酮(Te)和泌乳素(PRL)浓度测定,结果显示:严重活动期SLE患者的ER含量及PRL浓度明显高于稳定期SLE或正常对照者(P<0.01),而Te浓度低于稳定期SLE或正常对照者(P<0.05),但稳定期SLE患者与正常对照者之间的ER含量、PRL浓度及Te浓度均无显著差别。
