双垂鹤鸵人工孵化尝试和幼雏发育观察

2017—2018年南京市红山森林动物园2次成功采用人工孵化的方式孵化出双垂鹤鸵雏鸟,并且成功地人工育雏。本文重点对第一次人工孵化及育雏的情况进行记录总结。孵化器温度设定为36.2 ℃,湿度为68%,从叨壳至出壳的时间间隔为6 h 35 min,雏鸟出生第3天开始人工开食,对雏鸟1—39 d的体重数据进行采集和分析,结果显示:雏鸟开始会有一个体重下降的过程,后面体重逐步上升。这2次的人工孵化与育雏说明,只要我们提供合适的温度湿度,适当的育幼环境,人工孵化和育雏双垂鹤鸵是可行的 ...

基于红外相机监测的黄喉鹀育雏行为

2019年4—7月,在黑龙江中央站黑嘴松鸡国家级自然保护区生物多样性监测样地(50°47′50″—50°48′6″N,125°55′14″—125°55′40″E;海拔47350—53079 m)内,利用红外相机对5个黄喉鹀(Emberiza elegans)繁殖巢进行视频监测,共记录到3358条有效视频。分析表明:营巢期为(67±12)d,窝卵数为(52±05)枚,孵卵期为(127±12)d,雏鸟留巢时间为(117±06)d;雌鸟每日平均喂食频次略低于雄鸟,但频次差异不显著(P>0

圈养靛冠噪鹛(Garrulax courtoisi)合作繁殖行为初探

靛冠噪鹛(Garrulax courtoisi)是中国特有的鸟类,其野生种群仅限于江西婺源,数量不超过300只。在其全球圈养种群中,南昌动物园的靛冠噪鹛是唯一确定来自于婺源的群体。2015年,对该群体的繁殖行为进行观察,发现雄鸟可能通过筑巢来赢得与雌鸟交尾的机会,而雌鸟并不会只选择1只雄鸟。即便如此,不是所有的雄性个体都有机会交尾,也不是所有的巢都会用于产卵。但是它们之中大部分个体会参与孵化,孵化期的白天(5:00~17:00)成鸟平均翻蛋9.83~11.33次/h、凉蛋7.17~8.83次/h、换孵9.
