Geriatr Gerontol IntOur study established the Japanese version of the Mobile Device Proficiency Questionnaire (MDPQ‐J), a reliable and valid measure of mobile device proficiency in older adults. This tool may not only bridge the generational gap in technology but also provide insight into adapting mobile devices to the unique needs of older adults.
