塑性可控的钢制连接装配式剪力墙抗剪性能试验研究

微飞轮用PTFE-SiN轴承静态接触问题研究

针对卫星用微飞轮的特殊工作环境,设计了一种PTFE-Si3N4特殊材料轴承。PTFE材料存在强度、刚度低的问题。为验证其承载能力能否达到微飞轮工作要求,对其进行了静态接触应力和接触刚度两方面的静态性能研究。运用ANSYS软件对其进行静力学接触分析,并与赫兹理论计算结果进行比较验证。利用MATLAB软件对静态接触刚度进行求解计算。分析和计算结果表明PTFE-Si3N4轴承承载能力较差,接触刚度较低,但能够满足微飞轮应用需要。

装配式偏心支撑钢框架可替换性研究

冷弯C形钢在轻钢结构中应用广泛,采用垫板加高强螺栓的连接方式,拼合形成双轴对称截面,构建了一种组合截面门式刚架结构。对5榀平面刚架试件进行拟静力试验,分析其破坏特征、耗能能力、抗侧承载力等力学性能,探究柱腹板高度及刚架跨度对此类刚架结构抗震性能的影响。研究发现:该类门式刚架结构抗震性能良好,具有较好的耗能能力,抗侧力能力满足规范要求;节点传力可靠,可实现“强节点弱构件”和“强柱弱梁”的抗震设计要求;设计时可根据荷载情况增加柱腹板高度,但对刚架跨度一定要综合考虑梁柱线刚度比的大小 ...
