Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1981 自Wilson等报道应用锁骨下静脉穿刺插管测定中心静脉压和输液有较多的并发症后,多主张采用颈内静脉穿刺插管。此法用于心脏和其他复杂以及危重手术中的中心静脉压监测和输血、输液,亦用于静脉高营养疗法。本文报道应用颈内静脉穿刺插管术120例的临床疗效,并对有关问题进行讨论。
