根据页岩气“井工厂”的开发模式要求,结合页岩气地理环境和钻井特点,研制了钻机步进式移运装置。该装置采用电液同步控制技术,利用顶升油缸和平移小车等部件实现模块钻机在带满立根状态下的纵向、横向及斜向的覆盖井场全方位移动。现场应用结果表明,钻机应用步进式移运装置在28#平台累计进行井间移运14次,平均单次移运时间为65 min,最大移运质量达到680 t,装置的各项性能满足设计要求,实现了预期的全方位移运,移运准确性及同步性均满足用户要求,有效缩短了钻井作业周期 ...
