实验制作了玄武岩纤维增强复合横担,通过力学性能测试获得了横担各部件的材料特性;利用仿真软件分析了大风工况下横担的应力应变情况,获得了玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维复合横担所能承受的极限荷载;建立多层前馈(Back Propagation,BP)神经网络预测模型,对横担矩形截面参数进行了精准预测。结果表明:对于实验制作的复合横担,在风荷载为4211N时,横担最大应变位于挂线金具外缘,位移为6.89 mm,且挠度先于应力达到规范极限。90°大风工况下,相较于玻璃纤维,玄武岩纤维的极限风荷载为67.61 m/s ...
