Comparative analysis of 2‐year outcomes in GRIT and TRUFFLE trials
ABSTRACT Objective To explore the effect on perinatal outcome of different fetal monitoring strategies for early‐onset fetal growth restriction (FGR). Methods This was a cohort analysis of individual participant data from two European multicenter trials of fetal monitoring methods for FGR: the Growth Restriction Intervention Study (GRIT) and the Trial ...

Impacts of Human Development on Wildlife Use of Corridors in Botswana
This study examined the effect of landscape‐scale human impact on wildlife in Botswana. We examined how species use wildlife corridors in two different human‐dominated landscapes. We identified differences in temporal overlap between wildlife and humans across both landscapes, which is fundamental to consider in both current and future conservation ...

ABSTRACT Regulating negative parameters of metacomposites is mainly limited by their unclear mechanisms, which affects their practical applications in new sensing, communication, electromagnetic (EM) protection and other fields. This work proposes a dual‐functional competitive design strategy based on the waste corncob‐derived carbon/polyaniline ...

Finding floral and faunal species richness optima among active fire regimes
Abstract Changing fire regimes have important implications for biodiversity and challenge traditional conservation approaches that rely on historical conditions as proxies for ecological integrity. This historical‐centric approach becomes increasingly tenuous under climate change, necessitating direct tests of environmental impacts on biodiversity.

Abstract Coastal storms are likely to increase in frequency and become even more damaging. An unresolved policy issue is whether current residents should receive federal subsidies through such programs as the Federal Flood Insurance Program or the FEMA disaster relief program that encourage thembe encouraged to rebuild in the same locations that have ...

Freshwater biodiversity in China is threatened by multiple anthropogenic factors, and while there are some reasons to suppose it may be possible to bend the curve of biodiversity loss, the variety of threats and their likely interactions with ongoing climate change provide little basis for optimism. For example, the historic overexploitation of Yangtze

Social participation challenges and response strategies identified by adults aging with a disability
Abstract Social participation is likely to decrease among older adults as disability levels increase. However, it is a modifiable determinant of health that can impact older adults' well‐being and quality of life. Thus, this secondary data analysis aimed to understand what challenges older adults aging with a mobility or vision disability face with ...
