本文从宗教这一制度经济学中的非正式制度入手,探讨上市公司注册地所在省份的宗教信仰与上市公司风险偏好的关系。选取了1999-2014年为观察期,以上市公司注册地所在省份的宗教人口比例衡量宗教影响。研究发现,上市公司风险偏好的程度与其注册地所在省份的宗教影响总体成正相关,不同宗教与风险偏好成不同的相关关系:佛教与上市公司风险偏好程度总体成负相关,基督教与上市公司风险偏好程度成正相关。研究表明了不同宗教教义上的差异,可能对该地的上市公司风险偏好的激进程度产生差异影响 ...
